Each one is good for something different. So you can pick well:
- A 7-a-side leagueGood if you want to compete all season. They almost always ask you to register a full team, so it's hard to get in on your own.
- Pickup games and WhatsApp groupsGood for one-off games. They depend on someone organising, nobody dropping out, and fitting into a group that already knows each other.
- Coached training sessionsWhat we do at REMATCH. You come on your own, someone runs the session and no level is needed. It isn't a league: it's training, with small-sided games among whoever comes that day.

Can I really come on my own?
Yes. Most people book their place by themselves. Teams are made on the pitch and change every session, so nobody arrives with a closed group.
I haven't played in years. Will I fall behind?
There are no tryouts and no minimum level. Every session shows its intensity, so you can start with a gentle one. The coach balances the teams so everyone gets the ball.
Are there matches or leagues in Valencia?
No. In Valencia we run adult training sessions and social events. Training includes small-sided games among whoever comes that day, but there's no competition or table. Your options for playing in Valencia.
