    The coach already has the balls, the bibs and the plan for the day. You bring boots or trainers for artificial grass, and water.

  3. Come back whenever

    No monthly fee, no commitment. If you can't make it one week, fine: your sessions don't expire.

What training sessions are there in Valencia?

Not the same one every week. Some sessions are ball control and passing, others finishing, others physical preparation - and most of them end in small-sided games. Every session says what it is and how hard it is before you book, so you choose how gently to start.

Is this an academy or a football school for adults?

Yes, that is what we are: a football school for adults. What there isn't is a season. No enrolment and no monthly fee: you book the sessions you are actually going to do, one at a time or in a pack, and you come when you can. They are not private lessons either, you train in a group. I'm a beginner, or I haven't played in years. Is this for me?

Yes, it's exactly for you. No trials and no minimum level. Start with Mobility, the gentlest, and move up when you feel like it. There's always a coached warm-up so you don't pull something on day one.

Do I need to come with someone?

No. Most people come on their own. Teams are made on the pitch and change every week, so there's no need to bring anyone. What coming alone is like in Valencia.

Is it mixed? Is there a minimum age?

It's mixed: men and women train together and teams are split evenly. You need to be over 18.

How much does training in Valencia cost?

A single session costs €3.99, and a pack works out cheaper per session. No monthly fee, no commitment, and what you buy doesn't expire.

What are the social events?

Get-togethers to meet the people you train with, beyond the sessions themselves. They show up in the app and you sign up just like a session.

What do I bring?

Boots or trainers for artificial grass, and water. We bring the balls and the bibs.
