You book a training and one training session comes off your balance, whatever its length or intensity.

The training sessions you buy are yours until you use them. There's no deadline and no fee renewing on its own.

Cancel up to 8 hours before and the training session goes back into your balance.

You pay once for the training sessions you buy.
There is no automatic renewal and no recurring charge.
Training sessions do not expire: they are yours until you use them.
There is nothing to cancel. If you want to leave, you can delete your account from your profile.
